  • Feeling helpless is something that many people experience from time to time. It's a feeling that can strike following a period of stress or as a response to trauma. In other cases, it can be a symptom of a mental illness such as depression.

  1. The narrator felt helpless because they couldn't fight gold. The desire for gold was an invisible inner enemy, and they did not have the weapons to fight it.                                                                                  The narrator was very proud of the impressive castle. They were well protected, tall, slippery, and had an impregnable fortress. They were led by a brave captain. The soldiers were loyal and willing to give their lives to protect the castle and its trusted citizens. Keeping an eye on the walls of the tower to shoot down enemies in sight. They were proud that only birds could have the boldness to overcome a fortified castle. They even prepared for a siege because they had abundant granaries. When the war broke out, allies were ready to rush to help them with their secured army.
