She compares her thoughts to the moths that flits and flutters through her mind and the words carrying by moth are difficult to catch. She thinks that the moths would rest somewhere and enables her to catch them and use them to make and create a beautiful poetry

The poet compared her thoughts to the moths because they come and go swiftly and are hard to hold, similarly the words that flits and flutters through her mind don't light awhile and also are hard to capture. That's the reason why the poet compared her thoughts to the moths
