O(2 , -3y) \:  =  \: ( \frac{x1 + x2}{2}  \frac{y1 + y2}{2} )

O(2 , -3y) \:  =  \:  ( \frac{ - 1 + 5}{2}  \frac{ y+ 7}{2} )

O(2 , -3y) \:  =  \: ( \frac{4}{2}  \frac{y + 7}{2} )

O(2 , -3y) \:  =  \: (2 \:  \frac{y + 7}{2} )

Equating y coordinate ,

 \frac{y + 7}{2}  \:  =  \:  - 3y

y + 7 = - 6y

- 7y = 7

y = -1
