$O(2 , -3y) \: = \: ( \frac{ - 1 + 5}{2} \frac{ y+ 7}{2} )$

$O(2 , -3y) \: = \: ( \frac{4}{2} \frac{y + 7}{2} )$

$O(2 , -3y) \: = \: (2 \: \frac{y + 7}{2} )$

Equating y coordinate ,

$\frac{y + 7}{2} \: = \: - 3y$

y + 7 = - 6y

- 7y = 7

y = -1
