Hey friend here is the solution for this question.....

we want to find point on y axis which is equidistant from the given points means its x part a.k.a. abscissa is variable...

and y component a.k.a ordinate will be the mid point of both y coordinates..

y = \frac{(5 + 3)}{2}  \\  = 4

means the point on y axis which is equidistant from the given points

=(x,4)
