HELLO MATE!

Unlike electric fields, magnetic fields do no work on charges. Magnetic forces are always normal to the direction of the velocity of the charge it acts upon, whereas electric force are independent of the direction the charge moves in. Electric fields are divergent, magnetic fields are convergent.

Answer:

An electric lines of force starts from a positive charge and end on a negative charge and does not form a closed loop . A magnetic line of force always form a closed loop which runs from a N-pole to S-pole outside a magnet and from S-pole to N-pole inside a magnet
