(1)presence of well developed vascular system i,e, xylm nd phloem..
(2)presence of roots.

Spermosida is a very successful group of land plants as due to:

- They have a deep-rooted system which consists of a very efficient vascular system that helps in containing water and other essential nutrients into the plant.  

- They can reproduce through both seeds and spores as well (only in ferns).
