Point out oxidant and reductant in the following redox reaction. Br2 + NaOH →NaBr + NaBrO3 + H2O

br is oxidant and h is reductant i am not so sure

Br2 is reduced to Br- (in NaBr)
So it is an oxidizing agent or oxidant
Similarly,
Br2 is oxidised to Br5+ (in NaBrO3)
Thus, here, it is a reducing agent or reductant.
