1) Serving women as low struggler.
Example-- Some of them think that women can't do this heavy work, can't handle more stress like can't handle a locomotive or aeroplane
2) Many people don't give respect to a low class or low statused person
Example--Some of the people think that he/she is a low class girl/boy what he can help me or what he can do for me
