Point p(0,2) is the point of intersection of Y axis and perpendicular bisectorvof line segment joining the points A(-1,1) and B (3,3).state whether true or false.

The point p(0,2) lies on y axis

AP=√(0+2)^2 + (2-1)^2 =√2
BP=√(0-3)^2 + (2-3)^2= √10

ie . AP not equal to BP
So, P(0, 2) does not lie on the perpendicular bisector of AB. So, given statement is false.
