If two points are collinear then the slope of the two points must be equal.
Slope = y₂ -y₁÷ x₂ -x₁
Slope of AB= 1-3/6-3
=>Slope of AB=-2/3
Now, finding slope of BC
Slope of BC= 5-1/x-6
=>Slope of BC=4/x-6
Now, slope of AB= Slope of BC
=>-2/3=4/x-6
=> -2(x-6)=4×3
=>-2x+12=12
=>-2x=12-12
=>-2x=0
=>x=0
