2) tell them the importance of cleanliness

3) if we have clean surrounding so we would not suffer from any kind of disease.

4) you can have have a team that helps to clean village.

5) you can tell them not to throw garbage out side.

6) you can even have the prize distribution that is if any person of village is seen to be clean keep his/her house clean ,surroundings clean and helping others to clean and also making other aware about cleanliness so would be

awarded by the prize.
