BY SECTION FORMULA FOR INTERNAL DIVISION

x = mx2 + nx1 /m + n  , y  = my2 +ny1 / m + n

  = 1(0) + 2(-2) / 1 +2   ,     = 1(8)   + 2(0) / 1 + 2

  = -4/3                       ,     = 8/3

P = (-4/3,8/3)

Q is the midpoint of PB

BY midpoint formula

Q = {x1 + x2 /2 , y1 + y2 / 2}

   = (-4/3+ 0 / 2 , 8/3 + 8 / 2 }

  Q = (-2/3 , 16/3)
