Yes polar bears are found in Antarctica because of the climate conditions which are present there.
The temperature in the region is quite low and it is difficult for the animals to survive but as polar bears have a lot of fur on their body, it gives them the protection they look for.
Also the fur gives them warmth to adjust with the changing climate.
