I don't think so. It should be a false statement.

Polarization is the drop of voltage in the output of a fuel cell. Polarization curves give the information about the performance of the cell or the stack as a whole.

The polarization of voltage in regard to the current load in a given current cell is subject to different types of losses. At low current density, huge loss occurs due to the activation or due to the kinetic losses. There are other types of losses that occur accordingly at medium and high current densities also.

So, the curve gives information regarding the performance of the fuel cells at low, medium and high current densities.

The polarization curve of a fuel cell basically displays the voltage output of the fuel cell which is found for a given current density. Polarization curves are usually obtained with the help of a potentiostat or a galvanostat which is available and it helps to draws a fixed current from the fuel cell and it measures the fuel cell output voltage. By stepping up we could determine the lode potential of the fuel cell. Hope this answers helps you. Please mark the answer as the brainiest if you like my answer.
