Polio drops comprise of attenuated polio virus which when given, a large portion of it needs to stay in the intestine for long periods to show its results that is not possible with a medical condition like diarrhoea.

Because  it will take time to get in work and the vaccine given will be of no use because the virus of diarrhoea will block the working of polio drops as it causes vomitting
