SHOULD BE BENEFICIAL (u got the question wrong)

once expressed politically it can be resolved and thus cooling the situation. it also further assists to accommodate the two division within the nation. Eg: Belgium had political expression of social division between french and dutch and its expression in politics caused the tensions to cool.
