These institution and processes must be put to work creating opportunities for citizens to lead healthy and productive life for the citizens. It is necessary to ensure that the government actually works for the public good requires informed, organised, active and educated persons which participate in judging the performance of the government. Citizens must therefore, understand ideas about citizenship, politics and government.
