Pollen grains are male gametophytes which produce male gametes(sperm cells). They help in reproduction in plants.

They are transferred from one flower to other through the wind.

So wind is the main carrier.

Other main carriers are water, insects, birds etc.

The pollen grains will reach the stigma and they will get fused to reproduce.

The transfer of pollen grains to a stigma of other flower is called pollination.
