yes, pollution is less due to organic agriculture as compared to chemical intensive agriculture because in organic agriculture they use less chemicals and fertilizers...so it doesn't cause much pollution unlike chemical intensive agriculture

Answer:

Pollution is the presence of particles or things that originally are not a part of that environment, and their introduction or presence has harmful effects on that environment or the original inhabitants in that environment.

In agriculture, or in that agricultural environment, a chemical intensive agriculture tends to introduce synthetically manufactured chemicals that are not traditionally a part of that environment. More often, these chemicals are designed to act on one part, with less due thought on it ill effects on some other parts. For instance, a pesticide designed to kill a troublesome insect also ends up killing bees.

Organic agriculture on the other hand uses things which are inherently a part of the ecosystem. Hence, their use does not cause ill effects.
