One of the seven wonders of the world which is in India is Taj Mahal. it is located on the banks of river Yamuna.. it is made up of white marbles. But nowadays Taj Mahal white Marbles are turning into yellow colour due to the pollution in its surroundings. Taj Mahal is falling victim for the chronic pollution. It is turning into yellow colour because of air pollution caused by petrol fumes and illegal buildings works.
The present of pollutant SO2 causing pollution for the Taj Mahal .
to prevent Taj Mahal from the pollution government is taking few steps they are
1.. vehicles are not allowed in the nearby areas
2..industries are banned
