Split the middle term

4x2+2x-6x-3

=2×2x×x+2x -2×3x -3

=2x(2x + 1) -3(2x+1)

take 2x+1 common

=(2x+1)(2x-3)

to find the zeroes of the polynomials

(2x+1)(2x-3)=0

2x+1=0. or. 2x-3=0

2x = -1. or. 2x =3

x= -1/2 or x= 3/2

These r ur zeroes.

Verification :-

Sum of zeroes = -b/a

= 3/2 + -1/2 = 2/2 = 1 = -b/a = 4/4 = 1

Product of zeroes = c/a

= 3/2 × -1/2;= -3/4 = c/a = -3/4 .

Hence , verified :》
