Answer:

Sum of zeroes = - B/A

a - b + a + a + b = -(-3)/1

3a = 3

a = 1.

Product of zeroes = -D/A

(a - b )×a × (a + b) = -1

(1 - b)×1×(1+b) = - 1

1 -  {b}^{2}  =  - 1 \\  {b}^{2}  = 2 \\ b =  \sqrt{2}  \: or \:  -  \sqrt{2}
