DNA is a hereditary material found in all the living organisms except some ciruses.
DNA having double helix structure, having two polynucleotide chains running in different directions. One is 5'-3',. and another one is 3'-5'.
There are purine and pyrimidines that are bond together.
Mainly Adenine(A) , Guanine(G), Cytosine (C), Thymine(T).
Adenine always forms two weak hydrogen bonds with the Thymine.
Guanine always forms three weak hydrogen bonds with cytosine.
Hope it will be useful for you.
