Solutions :-

Given :
Cost Price of 1 Dozen of toys = Rs 375
Selling price of 1 toy = Rs 33

Find the cost price of 20 Dozen of toys :-

By unitary method,
1 Dozen = Rs 375
12 Dozen = Rs 375 × 20 = Rs 7500

Find the Selling price of 20 Dozen of toys :-

By unitary method,
1 toy = Rs 33
1 Dozen = Rs 33 × 12 = Rs 396
20 Dozen = Rs 396 × 20 = Rs 7920

Now we have,

Selling price = Rs 7920
Cost Price = Rs 7500

Selling price is greater than the Cost price. Therefore, Profit.

Profit = S.P - C.P
= Rs (7920 - 7500)
= Rs 420

Profit % = (profit × 100)/C.P %
= (420 × 100)/4500 %
= 42000/7500 %
= 5.6 %

Hence,
His profit percent = 5.6 %
