  • In an equilateral ∆ since all sides are the same

  • So let the measure of one side be = a

Therefore perimeter of the ∆;

  • P = s + s + s
  • P = 3s

Given that perimeter (P) = 45cm;

  • P = 3s
  • 45 = 3s
  • s = 15cm

Thus measure of each side of the ∆ be 15 cm
