Poor people in the community who does not have jobs make their living by spaza shops, car wash etc . These people work under an owner who instructs the same to them . Sometime few people are indulged in various work and hence they cannot look over all the work so they keep these people for working.
Suppose there is a car wash shop so the owner is quite old so he cannot take over these activities then he asks someone like them who is poor and needy would be able to work or not and when someone comes out to work out of the full money that customer pays from that a little amount is given to the worker like this various people earns and few even collects materials from roads which can be recycled.

People these days earn their living in many ways, as they have, not less than five or six family members to feed, back home. Women these days with their knowledge start working in spaza where they help their owner and they, in turn, get a small amount from them.
