Yes,They are unevenly distributed.People can't live everywhere.Even though we know that earth is an ideal place for life,we won't find people and resources everywhere.

Some people live in mountains,some in plains,plateaus etc,.

But In regions like Arctic and Antarctic we won't find too much people.We find more population in tropical and temperate zones more than frigid zones.

Even resources are found according to the environment they are in.

So they are unevenly distributed.

Because just like population of Human, Resources are also unevenly distributed, as India have the population of more than 130 crores while the population in the near poles are less than compared with that of areas near the equator.

On the other hand, we will talk about the the resources. Resources are also an evenly distributed because in the world not every nation owns rich value of resources.
