the desire to have a boy as a child also is a big reason for population growth in pakistan

people in pakistan prefer having big families as many are uneducated

women are married early like when they are 18-20 years old

there arent any family planning programs in pakistan which educate people to plan out there families

consequences

large amount of people means less resources available for the people

less jobs due to over population

burden on health and education services

less housing space available
