Yes, obviously population is dynamic phenomena. As the population is changing very continuously it can be termed as dynamic phenomena. To understand this we must know that India stands first with most birth rates and stands second with most death rates.It mean births and deaths are taking place continuously. So population is dynamic phenomena as it depends on birth and death rates. Hope this helps you
