Since there is more demand of a skilled employees rather than manual labor, the need for a leader who can manage such talent skill is the need of the hour. There is a drift from manual labor to knowledge resource, which is why a human resource management strategy helps to chalk out a plan on how to keep these pools of knowledgeable talent happy and motivated at work. Employee engagement is one such human resource management strategy which has helped many organization to bring their employees together and work in harmony aligning their personal and professional growth.
