Answer is 96800.

Solution is:

10 % of 80000 is = 8000

Formula = % = total amount x preset / 100

Then 1st year population is 80000+8000 = 88000

Then next year population is

10 % of 88000

Formula = 88000 x 10 / 100 = 8800

This year total population is

88000 + 8800 = 96800

The answer is 96800.

I hope it's helpful for you. Thank you
