Population of a place is surely a rational number as the number expressed is not having bars and also be caused it doesn't carry denominator 0(zero).
Population is nothing but the count of people In a specific location. Every person gets their own count number ;there is no one with half count number.
And so everyone gets their own count and due it (total population) being just natural , they Are rational numbers .
{rational numbers are numbers that can be expressed in fraction form where denominator is non-zero.}
