This can be blissfully solved by a single formula.

Final population after increment and decrement respectively=
(actual population) *(increament rate) *(decrement rate)

=10,00,000*(110/100)^2 *(90/100)^2
=10,00,000*(1. 21)*(0.81)
=980100

SanjayNair: difference h right?
Muskan5785: ya
Muskan5785: i forgot to put 1 zero
SanjayNair: 980100
Muskan5785: yes
SanjayNair: right?
Muskan5785: now click thanks button
SanjayNair: 10% hoga tho
SanjayNair: kya hoga amt?
Muskan5785: hmm
