{\huge{\underline{\large{\mathbb{\red{KABIR}}}}}}

Population of the town =60,000.

Rate of increase for the first year (p)=5%

Rate of increase for the second year (q)=4%

Rate of increase for the third year (r)=3%

Time =3 years

Now,

Present population =P×(1+100p)×(1+100q)×(1+100r)=60000×(1+1004)×(1+1005)×(1+1006)=60000×100104×100105×100106=6×21×26×21.2=69451.2

Hope this helps you ❤❤
