Kerala has the highest literacy rate at 93.9%, Lakshadweep (92.3%) is on the second position and Mizoram (91.6%) is on third.

every day a child is born in each and every part of india and thats why the population increases. and due to that demand for money, property, jobs and schooling increases. when there is too much in the increase of the population pollution also increases. though the population increase is not a crime but then it affects the organisms directly or indirectly
