PORTIA : If I live to be as old as Sibylla, I will die as chaste as Diana, unless I be obtained by the manner of my father's will. I am glad this parcel of wooers are so reasonable, for there is not one among them but I dote on his very absence; and I pray God grant them a fair departure.

Sibylla- She was a Greek prophetess. Apollo granted her as many years as the number of grains of sand in her hand.

Diana-She was the goddess of Virginty.

In this context Portia says that if she live as many years as Sibylla she would not marry anyone until she is obtained by the method decided by her father. She was glad that the six suitors were sensible enough to stay away and there was none among them whose absence Portia regrets. Further she prays to God to grant them a happy journey.

Answer:

Sybilla was a princess and Apollo granted her as many years of life as there were grains in her hand (basically she'll never die).

Diana was the goddess of virginity ( I hope you know the meaning of virgin).

Now here Portia compares herself with Diana and Sybilla saying that if she is married by her father's choice then even if she'll live as long as Sybilla she'll die as virgin as Diana. She also says that she won't regret the absence of any of these suitors.
