The position of pyrrole is more reactive as Nitrogen has a lone pair, when electrophile attacks that position, the empty orbital of electrophile and the lone pair of Nitrogen are in resonance making it very very stable. If electrophile attacks 3-position the lone pair of Nitrogen cannot be in resonance with the empty orbital
