The Non Cooperation movement had been a significant phase in the history of the Modern Indian history .Mahatma Gandhi announced his structured plan to start the Non Cooperation movement with the government as a second part ( sequel) to the Rowlatt Act, Jallianwala Bagh massacre and also the Khilafat Movement. It was approved by the Indian National Congress at the Nagpur session in the month of December of the year 1920.
