(i) Right to Equality;(ii) Right to Freedom;(iii) Right against Exploitation:(iv) Right to Freedom of Religion;ADVERTISEMENTS:(v) Cultural and Educational Rights;(vi) Right to Property; and(vii) Right to Constitutional Remedies.Of these, the Right to Property has been eliminated by the 44th Amendment Act, sothat only six freedoms now remain, in Article 19(1).
