Positive or negative sentence, he is too weak to walk,.. If it is positive or negative why?

The sentence is-He is too weak to walk. We know that a negative sentence has  words like no,not whereas a positive sentence has no words like no,not .Here, in this sentence,it is written he is too weak to walk means it mindfully expresses negativeness in the sentence.So,it is a negative sentence.
