Positive psychology is culturally free or culturally embedded

Culture has a great deal to do with psychology. After all culture is almost like a mirror reflecting on the thoughts and ideas of a people. Thus i believe positive psychology is culturally embedded but not totally dependent on said culture. There are obviously many other factors to be considered.
