mars soil is still under progress of formation of life so there is no possibility of life till now but we can grow plants if we enrich the soil with some important agent for the formation of life to be formed in the seed for its correct temperature , climate, etc to exist .So growing plants is possible with proper treatment to the plants but life existence will take time bcoz before several years the scientists said that there was a flow of water in the Mars but got disappeared now so formation of life takes time in Martian soil by itself.
