The mail delivery process begins at your mailbox, of course. Once your envelope is sealed, addressed and has a stamp upon it, the mail carrier will pick it up, either at your doorstep or another postal box in which you place it. The mail carrier puts it on his truck and takes it to the local post office.

first it is the customer who leaves the letter for delivery, then it is the collecter who collects it from the post box, then it is the office who stampedes it and sorts it according to its type, then it is the post vehicles who carry the letters for which theycare assigned then it is the distributor units postman who deliver it in our house. hope it will help you mate
