poster pasting on walls look unplesant...??what problems do u think these could cause?

Posting cinema pictures in the walls of temples, monuments and public places is restricted. Even though we can see so many cinema posters at many places. These can damage the quality of walls and takes away its contrast. The posters reduces its brightness. The way to Hospital board is also covered with posters. So during emergency period it will be difficult to find the hospital
