KOH + CH3COOH ---> CH3COOK + H2O

Potassium hydroxide+Acetic acid----> Potassium acetate + Water

Reaction between potassium hydroxide and acetic acid is a classical neutralisation reaction ij which OH- attacks H+ and water forms, K+ and CH3COO- remain in solution until it gets saturated and crystallize in CH3COOK, potassium acetate. Potassium acetate solution is very basic, with a pH of about 11.
