Potato is mainly composed of starch elements in it and a lot of fats. Hence while digestion is done in the body, potato is converted mostly into glucose form. Because starch is converted to glucose only. Also the starch in the potato is easy to digest by the digestive system of the body. Hence according to me, starch is the correct option. Mark me as the brainliest if you think I'm correct.

Potatoes when consumer after digestion in human body converts to sugar. They are a vegetable filed with starch or carbohydrates.

Once digestion takes place the starch gets transformed into glucose. They have sugar in small quantities.

Glucose is used for fueling the human cells and hence carbohydrates are an important part of the human diet in order to keep the body running and energetic for the daily activities.
