yes it is correct or potential difference means

the work done buy a charger from one place to another place in unit time is the total work done is called potential difference so it's formula is a length of the wire

At first we have to know that there are two term in Current Electricity i.e Potential and Potential difference.

Physics says that Potential is amount of work done to bring a unit positive charge from one point to infinity.

Also, Potential difference is the amount of work done to bring an unit positive charge from one point to another point is called the Potential difference of that point. Current always flow from high Potential to low potential. It is clear that current cannot flow when potential of both point is same .
