Pottasium chloride is an electrovalent compound,while hydrogen chloride is a covalent compound. But, both conduct electricity in their aqueous solution. Explain

in water KCl dissociates into K+ and Cl- and are free to move and HCl is a covalent bond which forms HCl acid in water consisting of H+ and Cl- ions which conduct electricity
