i agree that poverty impacts child development.
i agree because if the child's family does not have money, then how will they pay for the child's education.
when a child is not educated that means the child is not developed. in india 83% of the population is illiterate out of which 50% are children. children are the future and if they are not educated then how can we call the child developed as the child does not know how to talk to people. this also says that india is an underdeveloped but developing nation.
