Poverty line may vary with time and place as it depends on what is the required thing at the time and in some places due to weather or some problems sone things cant work as in leh where its too cold no one will prefer ice cream so the vendors would jobless and poverty line will increase and gulab jamun won’t work in sahara and vice - versa
